Founder and principal of HRBP, Charmaine Beauchier, is an HR specialist with over 15 years experience who has worked with some of Australia's leading organisations and best-known brands including David Jones, Optus, Big W, Woolworths, Sebel and Carlton Crest Hotels.  Most recently, Charmaine performed several key HR and change management roles with Medibank.

Charmaine heads a team of HR specialists and consultants who share a pragmatic approach to helping organisations provide the best for their people, their customers and their investors. 

Recent Achievements

Some recent achievements include the introduction of a customised national traineeship program for frontline retail and call centre staff, providing participants with a nationally recognised qualification in both Customer Contact and Frontline Leadership. This popular and powerful initiative saw a marked improvement in engagement, performance and retention. Other interventions include the development of leadership programs, raising the profile and awareness of employee benefits, creating a diversity network and introducing a Keeping Connected Network for staff on long-term leave.
